Fund's Operations Manager Named to "40 under 40" List by Crain's Cleveland Business

Mike Shafarenko, Manager of Finance and Operations, named one of Crain's Cleveland Business "40 under 40" annual list of outstanding Northeast Ohio young professionals. Each November, Crain's honors the outstanding achievements of Northeast Ohio professionals under the age of 40 who are leaders engaged in our region’s business community.
Mike was recognized by Fund President Brad Whitehead as "the guy who makes it happen." He joined the Fund as a coordinator in 2007 and began managing several key programs, including EfficientGovNow, which makes grants to communities seeking to implements collaborative government programs. Over the two years, the program has awarded more than $550,000 to seven collaborative plans in Northeast Ohio.
