RFP Available

The Fund is seeking an operator for our new NEO@Work program. Financed in partnership with the Surdna Foundation, NEO@Work will seed small workforce interventions that might spread, scale, or shape policy.

Through this series of small investments, NEO@Work will build a portfolio of programs that aim to improve the return on the multi-millions of dollars directed annually toward workforce development. An investment committee comprised of employers, funders, and workforce innovators will select the portfolio of programs; an emphasis will be placed on initiatives that can spread to other employers, be translated into policy changes, or otherwise improve the return on the public investment in workforce development and higher education. The leaders of the selected programs will join a community of other innovators where ideas and experiences can be shared and they will receive seed funding, mentorship/assistance from the selection panel, and public visibility.
