Northeast Ohio Adds Jobs in Green Energy

A recent Brookings Institution report finds the green energy and clean tech sector added 100,000 jobs between 2003 and 2010, but newer segments produced explosive job gains. Northeast Ohio is one of the top 10 regions for job growth in this sector. Experts anticipate more job growth in the future.
Fund grantee NorTech works to develop clusters in the advanced energy, connecting companies, workers, funders and research universities to accelerate growth.
